Scarab: A Personal Environmental Data Collection Robot
Scarab is my home built, environmental data collection robot. It was inspired by one of my hobbies, Urban Exploration and can be used to help collect data about the places I explore.
I've been into robotics for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, I loved to take apart anything electronic, study it and reassemble it and now as an adult, I'm building Arduino-based robots in my free time. I'm very happy to be alive in this period in time because I believe that we (humanity) are in the begining of a tech/robotics, Industrial Revolution and that we have the ability to use current and emerging technology to make the world a better place for everyone living in it.
